My Approach

How I hold pace for clarity, rhythm, and real movement - without the performance.

This isn’t about giving you a plan.

It’s not about motivating you with energy or filling a room with inspiration you’ll forget by morning.

My work is about rhythm.
It’s about helping people move through the noise—internal and external—and return to themselves.

I don’t coach for performance. I don’t speak to impress. I hold space so that what’s real can rise.

  • Rhona didn’t build the Catalyst Spiral™ from research or repackaged self-help.
She lived it—through grief, identity shifts, professional pivots, creative burnout, relational spirals, and rebuilding her life after everything changed.
She didn’t “transform.” She stayed present through it all—and that’s the difference.

  • Coaching isn’t about giving answers. It’s about asking the right questions in the right moment—and Rhona does that with emotional intelligence, calm clarity, and zero fluff.
She knows how to read a pause.
She knows how to reflect what’s unsaid.
She knows how to hold a person’s truth without rushing them to fix it.

  • From her background in fine arts, teaching, leadership, and creative facilitation, Rhona has:

    • Coached emerging artists and professionals

    • Led students through growth, risk, and redefinition

    • Held difficult conversations with people navigating uncertainty and emotion

    • Created frameworks (like Catalyst Spiral™) that are actionable, not abstract

  • Rhona doesn’t coach from a mountaintop. She doesn’t present a curated version of clarity.
She shares what’s real, even when it’s messy.
She’s still spiraling—and that makes her coaching accessible, grounded, and deeply resonant.

  • Rhona speaks in clear, non-performative terms.
She reflects what her clients are feeling—but haven’t yet named.
    And that ability? That’s coaching.

I help people who are highly functional on the surface— and quietly craving something deeper and more real beneath it.

I don’t push.
I don’t perform.

I don’t just draw from one modality—I pull from everything I’ve lived.

What I offer isn’t exclusive to coaching. Or therapy. Or speaking.
It’s made of what I’ve lived, practiced, taught, created, and led.

It’s a blend of:

  • Emotional clarity rooted in nervous system awareness

  • Creative process and iteration from my years as an artist and educator

  • Framework thinking and strategy from leadership roles

  • Space holding from real-life grief, reinvention, and identity loss

  • A refusal to perform, fix, or promise transformation.
